Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Helping you reach your health and wellness goals is really important to us. We appreciate that from time-to-time plans change and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Where possible, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice, to allow other clients the opportunity to make an appointment.
Otherwise we may ask that you pay a 50% cancellation or rescheduling fee.
If you are running late, we may not always be able to complete the full consultation, but we always appreciate a phone call or text to let us know. This will help us accommodate any changes which may be required.
